LINGUISTIC TARGETS
Following the work from Michael Clyne (1977-subject: Germans in Australia) and Anna Wierzbicka (1999 subject: use of the imperative into anglo-saxon languages in comparison to Slavic languages and Romanesque languages):
- differences on the way to approach a customer between Germany and Spain
- grade of acceptable persistence in the relation with the client
- how many things ordinarily explains the customer adviser about a product: the Germans want to know all data. In Germany the customer adviser explains all aspects about a product. The Germans would like to know the German every single detail.
